Welcome to 2021!
The government has been slowly rolling out the COVID vaccine (YAY!)
However, there are MANY people who are AGAINST VACCINES!
How should ANTI-VACCINE people be handled?
Since COVID spreads quickly, should masks continue to be worn daily?
Should people continue to sanitize their hands?
Explain.
Masks and hand sanitizer should stay mandatory for a while to really get ride of the Covid spread. Anti-maskers and Anti-vaccinators should not be able to go into public stores I think its just not fair for people trying to stop the spread that are being risked. I understand why a lot of people dont trust vacines but people have the opition to get the vacine. However im happy they finally started handing out the vacines maybe our normal lives will be happening again.

DeleteI think people should have to keep wearing masks to help prevent covid from spreading and I think hand sanitizer should be in every store. For the people that are against vaccines, I think they should still have to get it because they're putting other peoples lives in danger.

DeleteWe cannot force them to get the vaccine but we can make a rule where in certain places you must have the vaccine to enter otherwise you’re forbidden to set foot in those places. Mask should definitely continue to be worn regularly until we can guarantee people's safety without. Sanitizer should be presented in stores at the entrance along with someone to monitor that people do use it. This way we reduce the risk of people touching objects in a store and contaminating them with their hands.

Deletehonestly that is such a good idea as well to just forbid anti-vaccine people from setting foot into certain places/areas, but in my opinion i think i would still disagree into not forcing them because everyone is trying to adapt back into the old lifestyle we had before the whole pandemic and it wouldn't be fair, but still great points and great blog!
DeleteI don’t really know how anti-vaccine people should be handled because you can’t really make someone take a vaccine if they don’t want to so there are 2 sides to this. First, if they don’t want the vaccine, that’s their choice so if they get covid, then they’ll understand why the vaccine is good. However, if anti-vaccine people do get covid, they’re just going to spread it. I definitely think that we should continue wearing ,makss and use hand sanitizer for a while because a vaccine won’t just make covid go away, it’ll only help with the cases.

DeleteI think mask should be continued to weak just so we can make sure the virus can really go away. So that if you do still have the virus then you wont spread it to other people. We should also keep sanitising our hands so if there still is the virus germs we can get rid of it. Like others have said, I also don't know how anti maskers should be handled. For those that choose not to get the vaccine they could not be allowed in some public ares that attract a big number of people.

DeleteThis all vaccine thing can be really difficult to talk about since there are plenty of different opinions on this. I find that the vaccines should be tested a little more because if something bad happens with the vaccines things could turn even worse. Then yes once they are tested and approved by the government they should be either 100% fully enforced. Or another idea could be that if you don't take the vaccine you have to wear a mask. Though that might be difficult to differentiate people who took the vaccine vs the people who didn't. And also in this scenario people would need to sanitize their hands, because there are people who possibly did not take the vaccine.

ReplyDeleteI don’t really know how I would handle the ANTI-VACCINE people but what I do know is that everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I say that if people don’t wish to be vaccinated then they don’t have to but I think that then they should be forbidden to be with large groups of people. I still think that masks should be worn daily since we don’t really know if the vaccine works and well if anyone around you has the virus. As well I still think that people should sanitize their hands because there are other types of bacteria that exist not only the Coronavirus.

DeleteI think that anti-vaccine people are just stupid and should be punished severely. They don't want vaccines which will stop Covid. The punishment should be that if they don't want vaccines, they can't go to the hospital. Covid spreads so ridiculously fast and apparently it's starting to mutate and can spread even faster. Therefore, mask should absolutely be worn. Hand sanitizing should still be done to try and decrease numbers. It will help on destroying Covid.
ReplyDeleteI find anyone who is anti-vaccine or anti-Covid are just straight up annoying. They have all the proof that they can get sick and that Covid is REAL. So as a society we should keep masks and also keep putting hand sanitizer on even if Covid is over we should still keep it in precaution. It’s not even that big of a deal to wear a mask or get vaccinated, they're just there to protect you and keep you healthy.

DeleteI don't know how to handle anti-vaccine people because it's their own opinion but I think it's really stupid to be against getting the vaccine. By getting the vaccine, you will help stop the spread of Covid and everything will be back to normal. By not getting the vaccine it will a lot longer for everything go to back to normal AND people will keep dying. Yet these are the people who don't like the rules and don't follow them, it doesn't make sense to me at all and it really frustrates me.
ReplyDeletethe anti-vaccine people should be handled by simply having a fee for not having a vaccine and they have to be in quarantine at all costs. People are just trying to get their life back to normal, and the anti-vaccine people are in the way, simply remove them. after EVERYONE have their COVID vaccines, maybe we don't have to wear masks daily but it's good to have them on you, just in case... People should still get into the habit of sanitizing their hands (not mandatory) also stores should have better hand sanitizer, most of them smell bad and rub away most of them throw away your moisture on hands..
ReplyDeleteSO true! the smell of most of the store's hand sanitizer is so bad, they should rethink their brands and get one that actually can protect and take away more germs instead of them ( who i'm sure ) use some cheap random ones, good blog though!

DeleteI think the covid precautions that we take right now like wearing masks and sanitizing our hands are very important to still be continued just in case it will make sure the spread of the virus goes down and we can hopefully keep everyone safe.I think anti-vaccine people should be forced to take the vaccine because they're putting other peoples lives at risk and its not fair.

DeleteI think that all of the precautions we are taking right now to help stop Covid-19 such as wearing masks in public areas, continuing to sanitize your hands daily, etc. should still be used either way because it can somewhat still help slow down the spread of Covid-19 and still try to keep everyone safe as well. The anti-vaccine people SHOULD be handled, because it wouldn’t be fair to others if you took the vaccine and then there are the anti-vaccine people who DON’T….it’s so stupid and it really frustrates me that everyone else is trying to lead a normal life to stop and reduce the amount of cases we’ve been getting DAILY…. It’s crazy how many there are now so that’s really unfair because it’s not just for the sake of anti-vaccine people, it doesn't matter, this is also for everyone else’s safety to help protect themselves against Covid-19.
ReplyDeleteI think the people who don't want the vaccines are stupid, but we shouldn't give them the vaccine because if they don't want it, they shouldn't have to take it because if they die to the virus, it's their fault.(basically natural selection). I think that masks should still be worn to protect against the virus for people who don't have the vaccine yet, I also think that hand sanitizer should be used as well for the same reason.

DeleteMasks should be worn anyways. Take Japan for example. They were wearing masks before the pandemic, and that made their country a lot safer from spreading things like the common cold or the flu. Hand sanitizer is the same. Use it anyways, and you'll be protected from a lot of germs that you may find on things you touch all the time. Anti Vaxxers are extremely stupid, and to be honest, I think there should be a fine if you do not vaccinate your children. You could be putting their lives at risk for no reason but your ignorance.

ReplyDeleteWith the Anti Vaccine people if they're not willing to take the vaccines then they should have to continue wearing masks and I don't know about you but if it's between no mask and mask I would much rather not wear a mask. And to prove that they got their Covid-19 vaccines for large gatherings they have to bring a book that everyone has for that you know what vaccines you've taken and they have to show it to security to get in. I think as soon as the vaccine comes out we should continue wearing masks and sanitizing for 6 months at least because that gives enough time to get vaccinated for people.
I think that people that refuse to take the vaccine should be placed under house arrest. I think everyone should continue to wear masks and disinfect their hands after COVID because it could protect us from something happening like this again. I think if we keep being cautious next time there's a new virus we can be prepared.

DeleteI honestly don't know what i would do with people who don't want to get vaccinated. I find it absolutely ridiculous that they are anti-vaccine. If I was in charge I would probably make them pay a fine or make them stay home. You can't really force people to get vaccinated since it's their body but they need to think about everyone else and not only themselves. I think even though most of the hand sanitizers in stores and stuff are gross we should definitely keep them out for people to use before going in the store.

DeleteI think that to convince the anti-vaccine people to get vaccinated, the vaccine should be completely free and if they still refuse they should be guilted into getting there shots. It could be done by telling them how so many lives could be lost if they don't get their vaccine, not just them but their friends and family and also people they don't know. I think with enough guilt whoever is anti-vaccine should change their mind. I think that wearing masks and following sanitary protocols should continue until at least 95% of the population is vaccinated and there are hardly any or no new cases.
ReplyDeleteFor the people who don't to get the vaccine, I feel like it's their decision and we can't make them get the vaccine. I wish we could, but again up to them. I think that masks should be worn daily. It's a way to not only protect ourselves, but others too. I also think we should still sanitise their hands especially after toughing something and like going to eat afterwards. I don't know if it's as effective as washing your hands properly, but it's better than nothing.
